"I placed an order almost three weeks ago received it yesterday. There was an item missing which they issued a refund for but no apology. As i have experienced this before with them about their Best Before date being short when sending products out, i requested that both my products flour and rice have long dates. The reply came back that this will not be a problem and they will check and should be long dated. The Rice expiry date is end of mid January 23!! They have asked for the product to be sent back at my expense, and they will refund in a voucher to use on my next order!! really as if i will be reordering from them again. Appalling customer service, think twice before you order."
"It’s extremely busy and quite dear for pricing. Unfortunately could not find staff to help locate a few things. The plus point is it has a very varied amount of Indian delicacies and products which you won’t find else where under one roof."
"All the Asian goods covered under one roof in the local area, this is the place to go! Parking is available nearby, as is the local buses back and forth from Ilford and Barking town. Can be very busy but they have an extensive range of international goods."
