"Me and my mate were paying for fluffy socks and was about to walk out of the door and a worker said to us “can I have your receipt please” we said we don't have it so then she ask us who served us we said her name then she took us to her and walked us around the shop and and when she found the person who served us she she sorry this was a misunderstanding We are only 13"

"Went here for a headboard, must have had the most unhelpful assistant ever. Kept saying which one did we want, asked her to bring them up on her screen, but she was not wanting to do that, eventually she did put a catalogue number in then said she couldn't view it. Needless to say we walked out. This lady obviously in need of training in how to help. First time ever in Next store to be so disappointed."
