"I tried to come to your new bar and made an honest mistake with a friend when entering, thinking that the entrance was a queue by the smoking area. This was not malicious, but led to nasty behaviour from bouncers when we tried to resolve the situation. They were rude and disrespectful straight away, tried to separate me and my friend and were verbally abusive towards me. Calling me a b****, c**t and all names under the sun Another girl outside also told me a similar experience had happened to her with the same bouncers. Please sort this out and make sure it doesn’t happen again. It is horrible"
