"I'm fuming. Sunday busy day, ONE machine working and ONE person serving behind the till. c'mon sainsbury, you can do better than that. I left the pack of ibuprofen I wanted to buy and left as I was going to miss my train."
"I work here and I have to say the attitude and behavior in this store is absolutely disgusting, the manager will literally not care about you if you ask for help, they don’t offer you any help the colleagues are just absolutely rude and are completely full of themselves I’ve been better customer service and colleagues at a supermarket outside were people sell fruit and veg, it’s absolutely disgraceful that they have no security either, every time a thieve comes in they don’t do anything, I am ashamed to say that I work here and do all my best to make customers satisfied but sometimes i cannot blame them for not liking this store because the store is full of immature staff and the colleagues have this “big talk” attitude and think they are the best at what they do….joke staff and manager’s I’m completely done with this place and I’m ashamed to say I work there."
"If the staff have time to hang about and chat about how quiet their day is, they have time to make sure there are bags at the self serve checkout. Especially if there is nobody at the checkout to make sure customers don't need any help, or say bags for their shopping. I've been here a few times and most of the staff I've come across are useless. There's a co-op round the corner which is much better (and has a better selection of food)."
"This morning on the 11th September 2020 between 730 - 745 while I was browsing the fruit section this man barged into the back of me without any warning. When I confronted him he ignored me. As social distancing is being enforced how can a member of staff at sainsbury's local just barge me. As I was going to work I did not make a complaint to management but this evening when I get home I will. Please be wary of this man while shopping here."
"Member of staff by the name of Paolo thinks he can go around blaming and bullying people without being seen. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour by this millennial. Time to recruit in the robots so they can all get replaced. Moving forward, the store is well stocked and the self service kiosks are great."
