"Blatant profiteering. Oops! Oh heck, it's official name is 'inflation'. Sorry, I forgot. Night shift have been fired, so the store resembles a shop in Russia in the 90's, like Old Mother Hubbard's cupboard. Lots of previously loyal Tesco shoppers have changed to Aldi now, because of the reasons above. I was always buying 80% of my shopping at Tesco, and 20% at Asda, but it's now 35% Tesco, and 65% Asda. Tesco made a boo-boo a good few years ago. They honestly thought that they could treat their customers with contempt, because they genuinely thought that Tesco was the only place to buy what's needed. They lost alot of their customers, many, forever. They gradually wooed most of them back. But guess what? The head honcho's heads are starting to disappear up their behinds again. 'History repeating it's self?'"
"Fine, not sure who's fault but no bananas at 5pm. Had to get organic at twice the price."
"Very expensive for fruit and veg fresh meats the only offers are for junk food full of fats and sugars I once watched one of the male Indian Asian lines Manager being rude and arrogant to a staff member twice his age in front of customers. Rarely shop there find Lidl and M & S provide me with 90% of my needs"
"This is the store i have used for years to do my main regular food shop. It has gone extremely downhill to the point where I have taken the decision I will no longer shop here. I have been threatening this to myself the last few months with standards getting very bad but today I have made the decision I will not do my ship here anymore. I believe the main issue for the shop being such a mess Is the fact they have stopped night time staff (I wasn’t told this is the only store that has done this) this means employees unloading all around you whilst lots of other customers are also shopping and it feels very claustrophobic and very stressful. Added to this is the fact they are always out things. I’m not talking about the odd random thing here or there but today’s for example. Half the freezer Aisle was completely empty and also things like nappies, hardly anybody selection. Things like pastries, none out or they dont do it. I end up having on go shopping again and it’s like this every time. The manager needs to not cut costs and go back to night time employees. The whole experience is terrible. It never used to be like this. I would also like to add that There’s never trolleys where they should be and staff park on the parent and baby bays. Young able and capable staff. It’s a shambles."
"The worst experience I ever had I've ordered groceries and scheduled for the next day which is after 30 hours I have to ordered the grocery shopping. The next day I have received a text message saying the order might be delayed during the traffic and exceeds the time they played. So I ring customer service and they asked me to wait over 20 minutes on the phone and told me the driver saying the person is moving out from the flat and the wrong address So they asked me to call back after 30 minutes which I did ring them back and said you weren't answering your call when the driver calling you ( which he didn't call me ) even if I didn't answer he get 3 options 1. to buzz 2. I've put my number in order notes 3. I've put the 3rd number on the order I don’t recommend you at all They will waste your time, ruined your day, Inexperienced customer service and selfish delivery service. Not recommending you at all,"
