"Cashiers treat white people as if they were ghosts. They don't greet even if you greet them, they don't even look at you and they throw your items when they scan them. Also, when it's your turn in the queue, they yell very aggressively "yes please". I always feel treated with a lot of contempt even though I am always polite"

"Quite narrow aisles, the entrance way is also very tiny as you walk straight into a shelf full of crisps etc. I have been going there to collect Hermes parcels for the last few weeks but have stopped as you can never find a member of staff on the shop floor and when you do they tell you to join the queue (which is always long). When you get to the front of the queue the cashier tells you to stand to the side & then you have to wait a few more minutes for someone to come from out back. Then they take another few minutes to find the parcel & bring it out. To be honest the location is good but it just takes too long to collect a parcel."

"Worst Tesco I've ever visited. Staff are more concerned with chatting while blocking the aisles and carelessly wonder past the long lines of people waiting. Stock is poorly managed and "chilled" items left out on shelves. Further to this, the staff are incapable of customer service to those of another nationality. It is saddening to witness pleasant conversation in foreign languages and when trying to interact pleasantly in English being ignored while your items are scanned carelessly and tossed back at you. I genuinely feel racial tension here and cannot believe this store culture is tolerated by such a massive company."
