"The post office is great, the lady on that particular desk is very helpful. The store has a good selection of products and is organised. However, the staff on the shop floor and desk need training in customer service. No 'hello', no 'thank you' and sometimes it's complete silence. Considering the amount of money I spent in the store, it's totally disrespectful. I will take my money elsewhere."
