"I use the facilities to play Chester Table tennis league matches. I have used this for the past five years and supported the bar and staff there. Recently they cut the hours we were allowed to play from 8pm til 11pm down to 8.15 pm to 10.15pm. This means we are always rushing to finish our matches and having to play two matches on different tables at the same time which takes all the enjoyment out of our matches. The staff have no idea and start putting equipment away during our games which is very distracting. Once, we finished a cup match early at 9.30 and went for a drink at ghe bar only to be told it had stopped serving. We have approximately 24 players there at any one night but they treat us like 2nd class citizens. The Badminton players feel the same as we do. Although we have complained, nothing get changed. Next season we are moving to a venue that appreciates the income we generate and that time can't come quick enough. I would not recommend this place to anyone who plays sport and enjoys a drink afterwards."
