"I visited B&Q west Thurrock today. One of the largest B&Q I have seen. Spacious car park. The shop floor is tidy, well organised, well stocked. Tools hire service available. Experienced staff. Garden center has sheds available, some are marked at discounted price."

"Place seems understaffed. Staff at the till were having a casual chat & paying no attention to the customers. Item was showing in stock online but when I arrived it wasn’t there. Overall poor experience."

"The staff are always both friendly and helpful in this branch. My only gripe is that on a few occasions they didn't have a few of the items I needed which was annoying so maybe best to order online for collection to avoid disappointment if you are after a particular item."

"The staff here are certainly workshy. Was trying to buy perspec the staff member I spoke to kind of just pointed to an area. The perspec wasn't there. Another member barely looked up mumbled the wrong location and went back to watching a video on his phone. I guess b&q is truly a DIY store."

"Well presented if compared to other b&q. Have good range overall. A lot of items are discontinued or out of stock (every time i have visited). Not a lot of staff so it is really hard to find staff but staff is really friendly and ready to help (compared to other stores they have more staff but not professional though. I am only giving 3 stars because of availability is poor and secondly the workstations and checkout points are disgusting and broken. Extremely recommended if you are purchasing tiles or flooring very cheap out there."
