"Absolute joke this store is, no one cared about customer, when asked staff about getting a particular size for a shoe he said sorry i am going out for lunch so can't help. In addition when paying with Scottish issued notes at counter they said we donot accept notes issued in Scotland, what sort of Joke is this? Isn't Scotland part of UK and is it legal to do so?"

"Crooked cheats. Thieves. After buying an item I saw that the stiching in the item had all come off and the item was unusable. An ill-mannered till cashier refused to offer either refund or exchange. They should have not sold an unusable item in the first place. Then, the recept DOES say that the item can be refunded within 28 days and does not mention any restriction on discounted item. For insusiting a refund I was insulted by the cashier who asked me to get out of the shop. This is down right CHEATING.. DISGRACE."

"Tried to use a refund credit note from a previous purchase of £14.00 at the store today only to be turned away at the till desk as apparently a voucher note was missing which I was not given in the first place. Horrendous customer experience and very unhelpful staff at the till counter when clearly the refund receipt said there is a new balance of £14.00. No other store has this refund policy of exchange or credit note. TOTAL EYEWASH !!. All other places give a complete refund of money when you take back purchases/items."

"Absolutely shocking store! Went all the way over there to get a football shirt printed only to be told they couldn't print it due to being purchased elsewhere!!! Are you serious??? Are you seriously turning away custom and business just because an item was purchased elsewhere??? Complete waste of my time and the customer service at this store is shocking with the exception of one member of staff. The attitude of the staff here is the lowest I've ever witnessed. But the whole refusal to print a football shirt because it was purchased elsewhere is absolutely ridiculously absurd! Sports Direct need to change this and their customer service massively and until they do I certainly won't attempt to give them my custom again and will take it to somewhere that makes the effort to! Sort it out Sport's Direct!"

"Went early so the shop was very quiet. Evensong security was good, the till Communicating with the person on the door. Got both things I wanted and both were on special offer so a really good saving!"
