"I have visited couple of days ago and I was excited to buy some shoes over there. Unfortunately I couldn't find the ones I was looking for. I felt it didn't have much collection when I visit there. I will try my luck in my next visit. I am frequent visitor to JD Sports in Coventry and I liked their collection over there."

"Very poor staff service, was accused of fraud for an item I had receipts and the item I had already purchased. I was given the shorts with a tag left on and went back to get it removed, took over 2 hours. Absolute joke, only competent staff member is Sabah who was very helpful and actually listened to understand the issue which was then resolved within 5 minutes."

"There was probably 3 people in the whole shop, it was literally empty and i waited almost 20 mins for a pair of trainers to be brought down for my child to try on. In the end left and went elsewhere as couldn't wait any longer. Even at the busiest times you never have to wait this long. Staff completely unhelpful and useless. There is next to nobody else in the store so why can't the guy go and get the trainers himself and chase it up instead of standing there chatting to his mate leaving us waiting looking at a number on a screen?"
