A guy saw me come in immediately came over to help, asked me what I needed, radioed it through to the customer service desk so I could pay and dropped it next to my car for me. I was extremely grateful!"
"Have used TPs a lot in the past and as a layperson have found them extremely forbearing and patient. On one occasion I saved a lot of money and had the satisfaction of doing the job myself. This time however disinterest, unfortunately."
"the website showed 1 in stock at Sidcup. phoned the branch to check and they confirmed it was there. I said I was an hour away, so could they physically check the box and contents. After a short break, they confirmed "its all here". You guessed it, I turned up and it wasnt there. The guy behind the counter just shrugged his shoulders and looked at the customer behind me. I said "I'd phoned and drove an hour to get here". He looked at me with a completely blank look on his face and again turned to the next customer. Meanwhile another 4 people were sat on chairs behind him staring at their phones. Of the many TP branches , this is by far the worst"
