"I'm affraid I can only describe my experience today at screwfix sidcup as shambolic . The lack of support of the staff needs from the senior mangement to be revaluated and proactively reconsidered by listening to the front line and your loyal customers. I was advised to click and collect which I assume meant my purchase that was paid in advance would be handed to me in a short space of my attendance.. how wrong firstly all the customers are queueing in one line whether that was click and collect or go in the store to actually place ther order which profoundly affects the length of time your operative takes to complete that one transaction . Why cant the operative standing at the door be taking the orders from the customers who did not click and collect. Those transactions could be delivered to the computer via his transponder And picked instead of him standing alongside us doing nil."
