"Three stars because helpful otherwise I would have given two and I will tell you why. On Sat 4th Feb 2023, I went in to ask about a lock/screws. Was told they didn't have the screws because it is an old type of lock. Fair enough. He told me it may be better to get a new lock, that way I get all the screws which I understood. However... when I showed the staff member a picture of a latch lock I have in my toilet to see if he had one (as i need one for my bathroom), why did he show me a Yale latch lock that you would use on a front door? Please don't try and sell me something the opposite of what I am looking for. I'm not stupid and have shown you a picture of what I was after so why show me something completely different? The guy was helpful enough but if you don't have something, don't try and sell me something which is clearly not what I am after and also something expensive. I respect people more who are honest and genuinely help as opposed to trying to sell you something you don't want and expensive too. On another note, they seem to have a steady flow of customers coming in so they must be well stocked. Good location for locals."

"I have no idea why Screwfix have called this store Screwfix Wood Green as White Hart Lane which is a part of N17 is in Tottenham not Wood Green which has the N22 postcode. Once you pass Texaco petrol station which is also N17 and go pass the new industrial building going towards Selco and Screwfix your entering Tottenham not Wood Green. Screwfix appears to not even know which area they have decided to open one of their stores. Aside from this the staff are overall helpful, although there can sometimes be long queues."

"We sent some tools to fix and it's being more than 2 months without hear back from them. You call them, they say they will call the supplier and get back to you but they do not. Disappointing."
