"Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried over the course of 24 hours with 2 emails and 3 phone calls to place a simple order for some joists. The emails were ignored (despite being told to do this by the lady) and was met each time on the phone by a rude lady who should not be allowed anywhere near customers with an attitude like that. Literally couldn't give them my money today, nor will I ever again after today. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, Epsom branch were much more helpful."
