"Hi, I was helped by Paul the manager at Leatherhead. After ringing around various company's trying to get hold of specific roof tiles I got hold of this branch minutes from closing time (when you know the phone doesn't normally get picked up). Paul made my day by confirming that he had the tiles my builder needed. Then he smashed it out of the park by calling around to arrange delivery of the 4 pallets for free despite my address being on the other side of the M25 well out of their Leatherhead delivery area. I cant thank Paul enough. Easy going but still professional beyond the usual expectation. Have already recommended SIG to my builder friends who were struggling to get supplies as a result."
