"Premium timber - average service. Plenty of signage saying "wear masks on entry", but no-one inside was wearing masks. 6 staff behind the desk all playing on phones or having a chat, whilst I was waiting to be served. In the end, the youngest of the team, asked me what I needed and was genuinely very good. He bought the goods out to the car and loaded successfully. Then at payment it felt like I was intruding on the employees social time with no interest in my custom. Sadly, an all too familiar sight."
