"Absolutely shocked at my experience here yesterday, in short they wouldn't accept a prescription from hospital that was given that morning and was told I had to drive back to hospital to get a name put on it , then went back to pharmacy to then be told it hasn't been co signed , hang on why did no1 tell me this before I drove all the way back to hospital to ward to get it signed, don't think this would of been a problem if the usual male pharmacist was there but was a different lady who I think was being awkward, so I then drove to a different chemist who prescribed medication without a problem. Well done hingley for making an already upsetting day even worse."
"Terrible rude staff, who are unfriendly and have a don't care attitude. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Go elsewhere. I wouldn't give one star."
"If i could give this pharmacy 0 stars i would. They recived my moms prcrition from the Doctors at 5.55 on Monday the 20th July by friday still no tablets i phoned them twice the second time they dropped the bomb shell they could not deliver her blood thinning tablets. Had to run round like a mad women to eventually get some."
"In this time of crisis there are vulnerable adults out there requesting their medication local council are trying to get this medication out but unfortunately this pharmacy requires you to line up with the rest of the people so medication is not getting out to the people who need it so I think this chemist should be able to deliver their own medication to their own clientsI personally think the local council trying to help the pharmacy by getting their medication I should stop as they are not willing to help us we shouldn’t be willing to help them"
"My prescription was meant to be ready yesterday it was urgent. My husband was collecting it the following day after work. At 5.55 I rang them and said he was almost there I was told the prescription wasn’t done and she was closing. I begged her to wait. A few min she refused and said they lock the door!! They don’t close til 6. My husband had to have the prescription & the queue at Sainsbury’s for 30 mins to get it. Really bad customer service from Shirley . I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to no one. Showed no compassion I’ve just come out of hospital and really needed my morphine. She did not care !"
