"So very very sad and disappointed at the treatment experienced here on Saturday 23 July. No signs in the shop or window stating cash only, at the end of the service I was asked to do a bank transfer, I did so while still in the shop, he checked his account and said it’s not there and told me to show him I paid it. I showed him the Santander completed transaction and he wanted me to pay him again, I said that doesn’t make any sense. He shouted at me and followed me into the busy street calling me a thief at the top of his voice. Took photos of me and my car and kept calling me a thief. I got back out of the car went back into the shop and called the Police who told me I had satisfied the transaction by showing him proof of payment. I left with him still calling me a thief. It really affected me and almost caused me not to go out for dinner that evening. Terrible, how can people treat others that way? I spend time caring for others in my life and had one evening to myself for a respite and I encountered this dreadful accusation in a packed shop aimed to cause maximum embarrassment. It’s a shame as my vet is next door and I really liked what he did with my nails and toes and even added a tip. I live around locally and was delighted to have found they are good. You need to treat your customers much better and have a sign showing cash only."

"PLEASE save your money and DO NOT go to this nail salon. I don't often write reviews but I feel strongly about sharing this with the public to save you from wasting your money and having a horrible experience. I have been to this salon a few times in the hope the experience was a one off but unfortunately it definitely is not. There is no point in booking an appointment, I waited 50 minutes to be seen, they didn't even say sorry! The staff are unfriendly and the tools are not sterilised. They charge people different prices to try to be cheeky and get extra money from you if you look like you won't challenge it. A lady whilst I was there even came in to complain to the manager that one of the staff had said the prices had gone up and charged them more when they hadn't. The manager is unprofessional and greedy, he will say yes to walk ins at the expense of people who had appointments so they end up having to wait even though they have booked in advance. The quality of the nails are poor, as they are rushing to try to get as many people done in a day. I had to keep telling the manager to remember to keep putting the gel light on for my nails as he wasn't even focusing, he was looking at the bookings, at his watch, basically everywhere else but my nails. The salon itself is very dirty, you can see old food out where the staff have eaten and just left it on the side. I am confident if this nail salon was expected, it would be shut down. Today was the final time, that the salon will ever see me again and I am disappointed that I even returned in the first place. DO NOT waste your time. There are plenty of other nail shops in the area that offer a much better experience and the quality of their service is miles better. I hope this has been helpful to you."

"An appalling experience! What an absolute waste of money I will never go back there. Me and two others had an appointment booked for one o clock and none of were even seated until ten to two,the design I asked for was nothing like what I got and the staff were very assertive and rude My friend was meant to get her toe nails painted at one. At twenty to three she was still waiting. another lady came in for an appointment to get her nails done at two o clock and some how got her nails don’t for my friend what a joke Over all had an abysmal experience which was a wast of time and money.."

"I was nervous after reading some of the reviews but decided to give it a go, and I’m glad I did. Friendly and accommodating staff, lovely atmosphere, really nice new salon. Great job on hands and feet for express gel mani/pedi. The massage chairs are a superb touch . They have very good price compared to other salon nearby.I will definitely go back. Thank you very much"
