"Lovely staff but unfortunately I won't be back. Today I turned up at my appointment time (I've learnt from experience not to be early) and the shutters were down and this isn't the first time that's happened to me. I'm 6 months pregnant so I wasn't waiting around in the cold. I went to another shop down the road and on my way out I called to see if they were open. Which they were. My appointment was really rushed. Another girl turned up saying her appointment was at 11. My appointment said it would be half an hour so I don't know why someone was booked in 15 mins after mine. I hate being rushed and hate having to wait so unfortunately this will be the last time for me. It was also really dirty under the nail table, there were false nails and all sorts. Again, the staff are lovely, but being rushed is not for me, I want to relax when I'm having my nails done. The appointment I had before they started my nails, but then a girl turned up who was supposed to be before me but was late and they stopped working on me and started her. Not for me, sorry."
