"Couldn’t get in at my usual salon so tried here-really wish I hadn’t wasted my time or money. I booked an appointment but when I walked in they Asked me to take a seat and I did say that the reason I booked an appointment was because I was on my lunch break I only had 1hr- when I asked how long it would be I did say 15 minutes still to wait. I have been having my nails done with acrylic and gel polish for many years also was having them done and A lady walked in and said that another one had broke again referring to her nails and they just told her to take a seat and they’ll fix them - that should’ve been my first sign that these nails were going to be awful. The infill was rushed very thin and not covering the sides of the nail properly So within a day they were lifting and separating away from my natural nail. Six days later I had a crack in the acrylic middle of my nail which then split down the middle & fall off now causing me to lose one of the nails they now look awful and I have to wait another week as I’ve only just paid to have them done and go somewhere else for them to fix them also the gel polish was done so thick that by now it’s just look awful . Not cheap & such a bad service."

"I have been going to this shop for years however recently i have noticed they’ve gone down hill, they just seem to not really care in detail and lack to make nails similar sizes, even shapes, they rush and don’t take their time anymore. I have been recently and asked for a design which came out nothing like the photo i showed, i paid and left without mentioning anything as i felt bad. However i couldn’t take the nail design so i went a few days later to change the colour, i didn’t complain and simply said i wanted a different colour as it didn’t go with the outfit i was wearing for my graduation and i just received grunts and sighs throughout the whole procedure which made me uncomfortable. I don’t think i’ll be coming back anymore i’m sorry"

"I have been going here for about the last 2 years for acrylics and have never been disappointed or had a bad experience. Kim is amazing, by far the best nail tech their is. Sometimes there can be a wait when the shop is busy but I promise its worth the wait! Very clean, great value and high quality. I highly recommend!"
