"Although I do not rent a home with Fresh I live next to one that they manage. In March the tenants moved out and left it in a mess. Both front windows are smashed and there is probably 5 tons of rubbish in the garden. I rung fresh to ask if it could be sorted as our house is going up for sale and the summer was warm and all we could smell is the rubbish. We are now in November and the rubbish is still there and the windows are still smashed. I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and they said they will sort it. Then they said that the landlord is putting the property up for auction and selling the rubbish with it. The house is just sat there and the rubbish is attracting rats and they DO NOT CARE!!! All of the viewings on our property have said they won’t make an offer due to the state of next door. I’ve now had to contact the council and my next step will be to put photos of the property on social media platforms. The communication between landlord and agent is disgusting. From the way the property next to mine has been managed I wouldn’t recommend Fresh to ANYONE!! Not only that they let this house get into this condition twice in the last 12 years so from a landlord perspective checks aren’t done and they are happy as long the rent gets paid it seems"
