"It's walking distance from the Train station. Its In the city centre. All the shops are near by. My room was on the 5th floor it's was nice, clean and very quiet room. Bed was very comfortable. It was quite spacious, sailing was very high, so room didn't have that claustrophobic feel. Bathroom decent size, bath tub with shower over it. Shampoo and shower gel provided, smells amazing. Kettle, tea, coffee and milk in the room. The slight View from the room was also nice. Receptionist wasn't great, but she tried her best. She didn't know much, but she tried to find out everything and help the best as she could. In the reception area there is coffee and tea station, so you can get from there if you run out. There is also a vending machine with snacks and drinks. I think it was safe in the room, as you actually needed to use your guest key for lift or door taking you upstairs. Didn't use restaurant. Sorry didn't take any pictures, but everything looked like on the hotel's website."

"It's built beside a motorway and if you have a front facing room the traffic noise is terrible. There is also a church thats bells ring every hour. I basically had no sleep. If there were decent soundproofed windows it would have been fine. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and service was very quick. Dinner service was a nightmare, admittedly it was slightly busier but waited an hour for my starter and when my main course came I asked for another drink which never arrived."
"Lovely staff, rooms/bathrooms were very clean. The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because the pillows were really hard I hardly slept. The room was way too hot even turning the temperature down it didn't make a difference and the TV is broken so is the remote."
