"My partner and I moved into our flat 6 months ago and we’ve just signed a 3 year contract, fantastic from the start, any issue we’re sorted quickly especially when the boiler broke. Been very supportive and understanding with all the COVID ongoings! When we viewed the property there was no doubt we wanted it and everything was dealt with very quickly! There’s a couple of issues appearing now the colder weather is here but I’m confident they’ll be sorted quickly. Fantastic company and would like to stay with them as long as possible!"

All the documents were present, easy to understand and signed-for electronically. Repair needs have been minimal considering it's an 1850s-built property.
