"I am writing a review of Kimcoh Properties. I must admit, that kimcoh gave me a much better experience in a house share compared to what id witnessed from other companies in past. only trouble was mainly when my 9inch kitchen knife apparently went missing when a new person moved in, hed somehow lost it i dont know, it just seemed a bit strange to me, the house for the most part was very calm and a nice environment, affordable too. if anyone is ever in a struggle, id recommend trying these guys out, they had me in the day i paid my 1st month rent. Great staff and impressive new social distancing measures. overall i can say iv had a positive experience. thanks."

"They took over the property im in 4 months ago, in that time they have: refused to deal with tennants leaving garbage all over the yard refused to deal with tennants leaving uncooked chicken/pork on worktops and draining boards (no drip tray) refused to deal with a tennant who is bringing and leaving broken fridges at the premesis At the time of writing i have been phoning them none stop for 40 minutes to try sort out a payment issue, this is after emailing them 10 times and leaving 5 or more voice messages asking them to contact me over the last three weeks. Instead of doing so, they sent me a notice that failure to pay would result in eviction. Nobody answers the phone, nobody responds to emails and put simply, nobody cares"
