French Rose Nails

"well decorated salon. in a good location. a stream of people. They work well - but there is more to be desired. Clean. But rather unfriendly - at times abrupt. The change from place to place irritated me. they only accept cash - which was a hassle for me. I wouldn't go again."

"Went in today 28th July 2022. Started going back after 2 years of not doing my nails. Sometimes I get a good service sadly today I requested my nail extention to be thicker and the reply I got was no. So I then asked not to file it down as it was was thin already so he listened. But there was a cold response. And 3 people did my nails normally it's just one person that sees to me. Almost felt I was being a nuisance. 2 of them were very cold. I am a paying costumer I should be able to ask.what I would like. I tipped them all £1each normally I give.. more. I don't want to go back there again. I was. Very sad. The colour is lovely but I'm not impressed with the shape the. Ails are uneven and bumpy."

"EXTREMELY rude stuff, especially the manager who was talking in a loud voice and told us to go somewhere else to get our nails done. when booking our appointment she told us to come at 3 i asked if we could a bit earlier where she replied in a rude tone and told us if we’re not happy with the time to find elsewhere to do our nails. even though she was rude we still came early and when the time was 3:10 informed the manager that our appointment was at three this is when she screamed at us saying “didnt i tell you to go somewhere else” i was shocked at the way she was speaking to me. After reading the 1 star reviews i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt ITS NOT WORTH GOING TO!"

"I am updating my review from 4 stars to 2. After spending £75 for pedicure and manicure with gel polish. Left with bleeding hands. They could not do the nail art I wanted either. I'm never going back"

"Pre booked appointment Friday 4th June paid £30.00 for SNS on my hands 3 days later 2 nails fell off. Today just over a week later i have one nail on each hand left with SNS Bitterly disappointed definitely not value for money. I used French Rose 3 years ago and was not happy with the service unfortunately due to lockdown my usual nail shop closed down so limited choice forced me to use them again. I wont make that mistake again"
