"Our family ate in the pub this evening and had a wonderful meal. It was busy, which was great to see, but they found space for us. Wonderful pub, lively and friendly bar area and great eating areas slightly away from the bar. Food was excellent, I had the confit duck, well cooked and great flavours. "Excellent three night stay recently. Warm, comfortable and with a great breakfast served each morning. Extremely friendly staff day and night. Well equipped rooms remote from the pub’ area so they are quiet, parking is a little limited but on street is available."
