"Came in the other day, was appalled by the language used by the staff and was told to wait in my seat for 2 minutes as he had a phone call however he was gone for 15 minutes. When I questioned this when he came back he told me “gotta do what you gotta do innit”. Ontop of all of this he dropped the scissors on the floor, picked them up and continued cutting like nothing happened. Will not be returning!"
