"Decided to treat myself for Christmas and get a gel pedi/mani paid £80 which is a lot especially as I’m on maternity leave. One toe gel peeled clean off the same night after a shower I returned the next day and they repainted it then two days later two nails peeled completely off my hands. I rang and explained to one staff member who said I could come back that day to have it fixed I explained I was out of the area so she agreed that I would come back two days later and booked me in for 11am I arrived and was told that they were too busy and I would have to come back in an hour. I live 35-40mins away and had planned my baby’s schedule around this time. Complete waste of money the older lady who seems to be in charge was rude but the young girls carrying out the treatments were nice. Not only did I waste £80 on nails that didn’t last 4 days but I had to travel twice costing me parking and petrol for not even an apology from the “manager” Go if you want to feel like you are on a conveyor belt. No attention to customer service at all. Seems like most people go for the brow threading/tinting. But don’t bother getting your nails done the paint has clearly gone off or not cured correctly for 3 nails to peel off within 3 days"
