"I've stayed here alone for a week last Sept 2021 while waiting for my student accommodation contract to start. I felt perfectly safe, the room was comfortable, and the full English breakfast was lovely! The location is near a tram stop as well and there were a lot of convenient places around the neighbourhood, but quiet and peaceful at night which was great. The road where the house is was quite steeper than expected so if you have heavy bags, take a car. I highly recommend this place!"
