My younger poodle Trudy is certainly a handful and not the easiest of dogs to handle and hates being groomed but again the team at the Dog Grooming Studio with there wealth of experience, always do an amazing job. "Dropped my parents dog there this morning. Didnt get a good vibe from the minute i walked in, he was booked in for 9:30am and i was told i would be rang around 14:30pm (which i thought was unusual) as many other dog groomers take a maximum of 2 hours. I left the dog and come away and thought id read up on this place on some reviews and i seen a disgusting one so i went back to the dog groomers at around 13:00pm as i was in the area to check how he was doing, i got there and got the filthiest look from the lady because i had come early, my parents dog had been cut so how long was he in a tiny cage with no water or food for?. I wont be returning and il advise any one that asks me about this place to go else were. Once the dog has been cut then you should call the owners to come and pick them back up not leave them stuck in them tiny cages. All the dogs were going mental in them. Each to there own opinion but maybe if the dogs werent left in such a small cage for so long and the staff had some manners my opinion may of been different!"
