"We have been using this place for years. We had to use them for the final time as we had to make the decision to put our dog to sleep. The young (presumably new) vet was clearly a bit unsure of how to deal with the situation, but this is forgivable. She was gentle and is still learning her practice. The receptionist on the other hand was thoroughly hard nosed from start to finish. Completely lacking in any sense of empathy."
