"I’ll start by saying this was a great haircut. However it seems to be advertised as an experience and I was in and out in 15 minutes. The barber was very keen to sell additional services, understandably, but I wanted to ensure the quality was there and would’ve purchased on the second visit. When I said no thank you to the services, the response ‘why not’ caught me off guard. A standard hair wash was ‘lean forward into sink’ not lean back which was uncomfortable and the hot towel after the cut was maybe 1 minute long, with no time to relax. There was a bit of a massage with the towel but more a quick frisk of the arms. Weirdly, there is an unusual smell lingering after the cut, a bit like damp clothes that went away after I got home and washed my face. (Although I can’t fault the hygiene of my barber, perhaps a towel issue). All in, this wasn’t an experience, it was in and out as quickly as possible. The additional services such as tea/coffee/drinks weren’t offered (although this may just not be offered here) and it was forceful selling tactics. The price point of £38 is on par with Canary Wharf barber pricing and the 10 minute haircut was high calibre but I’ve had good haircuts with higher quality service elsewhere in central London for much cheaper."

"Tried out this barber’s as my previous hairdresser would cut my hair so it grows back in such a way that is hard to style! It took a while to found where it was located just outside Canary Wharf itself, I was welcomed straight away and given a beer. I only had to wait 10 mins before being seen as I was a walk in. I asked for the Full Ted Service which I thought was £58 but I think there was a miscommunication and at the end I was charged £38 which was a bit of a surprise. I think the only thing I didn’t get was the cheeks and nostril waxing which I saw on their site. Despite that mix-up the haircut was amazing, he cut my hair with care and got it into a really nice shape, along with a hot towel massage, ear burners (don’t know the name) and a hair wash at the start and end (no loose hairs - genius!) (took about 1 and half hours). It’s been about 2 weeks since I was there and I’m really happy how it is growing back; much more structure and symmetry. I will definitely be coming back but for a normal haircut next time I think."

"First time here and to be honest the service was amazing, Hasan was my Barber and he was very polite, skilled and had great customer service. Its just far too expensive for me, I know its Canary Wharf and it's not like it used to be, there a level of clientele but a poor man discount would be nice or at least warn me so I can say yes to the drink offered to me and maybe take two drinks. You pay for what you get but I have to stay with the barbers that sell you stolen trainers on the side. If you're their aimed clientele, enjoy a amazing experience and I hope you choke on the drink they offer you :)"
