"RACIST & RUDE Anyone with black/Afro hair should completely avoid, as should anyone who doesn't want to be cheated out of money and disrespected. I have had more than one incredibly negative & unfortunate experience here. On multiple occasions, the barber cutting my hair 'accidentally' charges me more than what I owed, until I point it out and they pretend like they made a careless error. My latest - and final - experience here was being told that a buzz cut requires the hair be cut in one length all over, and that any variation in hair length (short back and sides, for example) costs £58. I was told that this was stipulated on the website and on the in store signage - when I pointed out that this was not true, I was told to 'leave and not come back'. This was all by the branch manager, no less. I was also told that my hair, being curly/part afro, was especially hard to cut, hence the price increase - literally charging customers more based on race. Any self respecting competent barber should be able to cut afro hair, especially a cut as simple and a short-back-and-sides."
