"I am an older gentleman, and my hair is thinning out, so I entrusted my hair to "professionals". Hair cut was very bad, asked for fade, gave me patches around the back. Made my already thinning hair even worse ! Save yourself, previous management may have been good, but the manager now is absolutely horrendous !"
