"Made an appointment with Nicky to get my sons very first haircut, the appointment was on his advice as we walked a few days before because there was no answer on the numbers provided. He didn't turn up for the appointment and didn't call either even though he took our number. We waited over an hour and then asked if another man in the shop could cut his hair. The other man done a great job. While my son was having his hair cut, towards the end, Nicky turns up (2hours later) with not an apology but dirty looks and a don't care attitude. My son is 2 years old and Nicky didn't even have the decency to let us know he wasn't coming, his attitude stinks. He may think hes a great barber but if this is how he treats his customers then I would advise going somewhere else. There are plenty of just as good and some better than him. He should think about taking some customer service and business management courses. I've found a better barber now so I wont be returning again. On a positive note. I would give the man that cut my sons hair 4 stars because his work was very good."
