"The worst haircut I have ever had! After repeatedly asking for a 0.5 grade sides faded hairstyle I was questioned, "quite standard cut if you ask me" I even showed a picture... The barber then proceed with a 1.5 grade. Also after the barber asked if the top fringe was short enough, I said "no, quite a bit shorter please" he denied and said it would look shorter once dry. Nonsense, I have 36 years experience of having my own hair cut, I know what I want. This is terrible. Also to be charged for the top end / priced haircut after specifically asking for the normal/ standard haircut is extortion. The towels smelt dirty, I know this from having it draped over my face for the hot towel treatment. My hair essentially looked like it needed a good cut after the cut! Zero shape zero style, just a mess, hands down appauling. Avoid!"
