"The barber was very unprofessional, incompetent and condescending. Customer service was at sub-zero.I would give no star if I could. On arrival, I asked if they could cut my son’s hair (tightly curled, 4c hair) into a fade, they said yes. His hair ended up patchy and uneven. When I called his attention to this, he became passive aggressive. He didn’t even know he had to comb his afro textured hair to get a more even cut, I had to send my son back in the chair for a comb and recut. The whole time the barber interacted with me, his countenance was disdainful and his tone was patronising. The deplorable barber in question is the one with a ponytail, at the inner chair. There was a RACIST undertone in his remark: “I can’t do anything about his hair shrinking…it’s not my fault… I can’t make his hair not shrink… what do you want me to do”. This was in response to me saying his hair needs to be combed while he cuts as his hair type naturally shrinks, and cutting in a shrunken state will create uneven results."

Honestly some of the best haircuts I've ever had, at a really affordable price, way better than haircuts at other places in Hackney that charge twice or three times as much!
