"This place offers a different experience than I've ever had in a barbers chair. On top of the trim, beard shape up I got a steam facial using eucalyptus oil. Burning of hairs in my ear, hot towel around the face and a neck massage. On top of that I came out of the shop smelling amazing. The barbers here are very friendly but professional."

"I've been here before but no more. Booked an appointment for a haircut and beard trim. Turn up to be told you can't book online - despite the website having ample online booking. There were two barbers - one left as I turned up and the other one wouldn't do the beard shape and trim so I'd have to go back. This is the second time a barbers shop had been unable to do a beard shape and trim. Real waste of time which is disappointing as I've found the haircuts are usually up to scratch - but not if the service is so unreliable."
