"Pretty awful haircut. Ok so I was in a rush but I asked you to keep the hair long. You then cut it short on top, big clumps of awful scissor action, cut one side shorter than the other, and left the lowest and longest parts (on the neck) untouched. That long straggly baby hair on the neck is precisely what is normally cut when one asks for a tidy up. You shaved one of my side burns and left the other long. You basically gave me a 1/4 of a haircut. So. A little tip. Next time a customer comes in and tries to rush you. Ask them what they want, calculate how long it takes and then tell them NO if they don’t have time. I’d rather you had turned me down than send me away with all four sides of my head looking different."
