"RUDE, EXPENSIVE, AGGRESSIVE, SCARED and NOT WORTHWHILE. When I came into the store it was empty and my barber didn't knew what I had booked. My muscular large barber just gave one word commands to me like sit aggressively. I sat down and tried to make conversation but was only given blunt responses. I asked for a scissor cut on top and before saying anything the barber got out his trimmer and starting shaving the top of my head! I yelled stop at him once and after this the mood of the barber completely changed and he began yelling back at me telling me I was wrong. I then repeated that I had booked a SCISSOR cut. Then he argued with me on the amount of hair I wanted cut on top and asked me aggressively: "ARE YOU JOKING WITH ME?". I was too shocked to speak and was forced to keep quiet and let him finish. While cutting my hair he kept saying: "I'M RIGHT AREN'T I? I AM RIGHT, YOU ARE WRONG". I agreed to prevent further conflict. Despite his attempt to try calm things down, he still said that he was right. After this he gave me a card saying if you have 9 more haircuts here the 10th one is free, trying to make me come back here. For £16 you can go much better places. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."
