"I recently had my first hair and beard cut at The Shepherd's Bush Barbers. Genuinely outstanding. My high fade had a textbook finish, and my beard trim was sharp and symmetrical. I also had a great face mask treatment for 10 minutes, followed by a hot towel massage and shampoo wash. A memorable experience overall. I highly recommend."

"Went for the beard trim and shape up. The barber just did it his own way without understanding my requirements properly. When I asked him to shape it with curve, he rudely said "Will you let me do the job my way". Asked him to add a fade initally which he didn't and i didnt tell him considering how tempered he was in response to feedback. Eventually I didn't get what I wanted. Wouldn't be going back again!"
"Just got a haircut here and my barber cut me with the razor on the back of my neck, didn't tell me, so now my shirt is blood stained from the 20 minutes it took to discover the cut (that still won't stop bleeding). To add to this, he was unfriendly, incredibly rough with the razor pressing into my skull, and then at the end when he asked for cash and I said I didn't have any - he gave me a glare before pulling out the credit card terminal... The other barbers there were friendly enough so hopefully this guy is just a bad apple."
