"I an happy with my haircut, which is why I’m not rating it any lower than 3 stars. I had been here before and had an amazing cut and experience from one of the guy’s that worked there. This time, I needed a cut but the place I usually go to was shut, and this was the only place near me that was open. Natasha did my hair. I’ll give it to her that she’s a good hairdresser. I just found the cut to be overpriced. I can understand the prices are based on the length of hair, etc, but I was charged much less the last time. I guess that’s what happens when there isn’t clarity and consistency amongst employees when it comes to charging clients. I had much more hair the last time and was charged less, so to me, the cost this time seemed too much."

"Such a superb experience!! 5 stars ✨ All of the staff are extremely friendly and inviting. Firstly i booked an appointment through their website for wash, cut and blow dry, very easily and fast without any payment needed. Upon my arrival i was welcomed and introduced to Yuri, he wanted first to have a talk through of what i wanted and to show him some pictures with examples so that we were on the same page. I was very specific about what i wanted and not only he made me fee calme, he was also talking me through the techniques he was using and explaining them. I really appreciated that cause i felt even more confident about the results! And my oh my i just love my hair the look so beautiful and fresh!! Also i made a spare of the moment decision to have my nails done with Talia, she was lovely and she gave me such beautiful natural shellac colour!! I would recommend their services 100%. Their prices are also very realistic. I had such a great time i also have beautiful results!"

"PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR: I honestly hate writing bad reviews. I was looking for places to get my haircut and saw the Red's had multiple good reviews and felt confident going in. Upon arrival, they were very quick to seat me as they take walk-ins which is nice and convenient. I did not get the name of who cut my hair, but I showed references of what I wanted to get and was met immediately with no. "I never do the first photo of what someone shows me". Though they were worried of a big hair change for me, it is not up to them to tell me what I want. I then showed another reference and again was met with another no. So then we talked about what we could do and I told them what I wanted and they did the exact opposite. I had longer curly hair and said I wanted something where my hair in the front was out of my face but the back could be longer. That was the opposite of what I got. It is now short in the back and long in the front and I truly have no way of styling this hairstyle. Additionally, another red flag that I should've spoke up about but honestly was in just a state of shock that I couldn't say anything. They applied heat to my hair both with a hair dryer and a hair straightener (in the middle of the haircut) and was told "we have to straighten your hair for the rest of the cut to make sure it is all straight". If anyone has curly hair, you know that you cut hair while it is still curly because it does not and will not lay the same. I was also very taken aback that I was not asked about applying heat to my hair which fully damages the follicles. The people who work there are very genuine and kind, but I simply cannot justify going back there again. It truly was a waste of 25 pounds and I am now going somewhere else to try and fix what I was given. This is not to say that the workers do not work hard at their job and are dedicated to what they do. It simply did not work for me and recognize that their services has worked well for others."

"After being recommended by a friend, I went to Red's Classic Salon to fix a previous haircut and Natasha did an amazing job!! My previous haircut was asymmetric between the two sides, lacking layers and shape. She did a great job fixing it and now it looks so much better! My hair is very thick and curly and it's rare to find someone who knows how to handle it. Also, first time I actually liked the blow-dry and didn't have to go back home and immediately wash my hair :) I definitely recommend it! It's a great value for money as well - prices more than reasonable! I'll 100% go back!"
