"In response to management comments- first of all I did not visit on the day I wrote the review. I visited on 19th July around 6:40 pm. Please check if you want. Also I sat on the left side, probably last chair. Also check with the salons, I mentioned about aircon got switched off when I sat, it was working when I entered. I also received a loyality card stamped by your staff. Hope I have enough evidence that I visited and my review if genuine. Worst service I had. The barber was like in a big rush, he was very rough. At the end, he ended up cutting different lengths on both sides. Inefficient and arrogant barber. Never recommend them."
