"I do my shopping here I go in every other day the staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them if I can't find what I need"
"Visited the store this morning, as I have done once a week for the last 4 years doing my weekly food shop. After loading my shopping onto the till area I then got to cashier, around 30 blonde hair and glasses, I greeted the cashier for her to 1st ignore me and then say 'are them bags your own?' Too which she peered over in the trolley and said oh yeh they look crumpled, bearing in mind they were as I had previously bought one and one wasnt even from aldi. Shocked from being questioned and I could tell from her attitude she was accusing me of stealing. Also I've never been asked this question before, I then replied I wouldnt dream of stealing a bag with the amount of money I spend in there, too which she said we have to ask every customer, and reeled off some dribble about 9000 bags a year get stole. Fair enough if its a question they have to ask (although upon speaking to customer service it is not!) But the whole manner of the staff in question was rude and obnoxious. She didn't even care to apologise to me at the time, nor did i see her ask the customer before or after me. So she clearly felt it was acceptable to single me out and try to embarass me. Maybe she needs to look into getting a job where she's not dealing with the public, as her attitude is appaling. Other than that any other shopping experience I have had there has always been a pleasure and ive always had lovely quick coversations whilst getting served, in particular the 2 older gentleman are always happy and chatty. Shame one rotten apple has to spoil it for the rest of them."
"All the plants hadn't been watered outside and were looking nearly dead, I spoke to a man who was working there to tell him and he was quite rude to me about it and he didnt even check the plants! Also there were too many big trolleys with staff unloading from them in the way of people shopping!"
"I approached manager/supervisor concerning the noise produced by hgv’s arriving late at night and early in the morning. The staff member in question openly lied, saying that no lorries arrived after 10pm or before 7am. Suggesting that lorries from other firms had been parking on the car park. I found this odd as pallet trucks were rolling on and off them! I also asked if they could take a look at their fence which is in a state of disrepair & leaning on & damaging my fence, no action as yet even though this is the second time I have approached them concerning this issue."
