"Rude staff member (Indian lady with short hair) supporting self service checkout at 06:25 this morning. Her customer service skills are terrible."
"Shockingly slow service on the online orders, doesn't matter if it's busy or quiet it's constantly over 30mins of waiting for the slot you have booked, confirmed and arrived on time for. Mobile check in is pointless as even if you check in how it says they have no clue about you and still take your name when they eventually decide to come out."
"Asda is the best supermarket in terms of overall variety however I don't know if prices are the same across all Asda stores but I've noticed over the past year there isn't much in the way of offers like there was beforehand. Eveything at this Asda seems to be at full price for instance the sandwich fillers used to be 2 for £3.50 now they're £1.85 each, Patak's spice pastes used to be 2 for £2.50 now they're over £2 each. Most things are full price at this Asda. The fresh meat is also more expensive than other supermarkets which has never been the case before. A lot of times when visiting this store the specific veg that I buy (Mushrooms and leeks) can be going brown and mushy, most other veg seems fine, the potatoes are great! What I will praise this store for is the fruit. The price and quality of the grapes and apples (both 2 for £2) is great as is the bananas for £1. I woud say my main issue with this Asda though is its freezer section which leaves a lot to be desired and that's putting it lightly because the selection at the freezers is very minimal. For fruit, veg and tinned products its great, for fresh or frozen meat, not so good."
"Massive free parking, instore well laid out with everything you could want. Many deals on offer. Friendly atmosphere, you don't feel rushed. Stress free shopping. Staff friendly and helpful."
"Click and collect service is very poor. Groceries are not ready at beginning on time slot, staff don't answer the phone to inform them of my arrival and staff don't seem aware of who arrived first. Many basic items are unavailable for click and collect so I need to go to tesco also as they are much more reliable."
