"Not half as good as it used to be. Was brilliant up to a year ago, but now a lot of the products you can get cheaper elsewhere. Plus many things and product lines have changed, with alternatives that are nowhere near as good. Most of the things you used to only be able to get from this store, but now most of the things are available in many other stores. Too many changes and none for the better. They have lost my custom"
