"Previous review was taken down! I currently live here unfortunately. Building is an absolute lie. It is not safe, vehicles broken into in the “safe and secure” underground car park, homeless people breaking in and sleeping in the corridors. Building looks lovely but is not practical. Heating doesn’t work, lifts are broken every week. Car park gates and doors broken. Advertised as an eco building yet the bills ridiculously high. I would not recommend this building to anyone!!"

"The apartments are spacious and the amenities are quite nice. (Commenting on a 3 double bed apartment) However, the bills were extremely high and the heating barely worked as there was a problem with the building heating system. Also, no one provided info on how to maintain the wooden worktops but that is also down to the agency we went with I assume."

"I currently live here. The front door keeps getting broken. My bike was stolen from the locked racks in the garage. The utilities are outrageously expensive despite being a “green” building, and the utility company and building management company don’t really care that it’s high. Furniture needed to be removed from lobby due to kids breaking the door and loitering in the hall. I wish it was being managed better. Jimmy and Michelle do an amazing job given what they have to work with but the building is falling apart and the utilities will bankrupt you. The Cafe will open on October. The gym is good. The building is great otherwise."

"Excellent Flat with reasonable rent. Good amount of parking spaces. They generate sustainable energy from the terrace windmills. The council tax for this zone is very less too."

"A very large square building. Much larger than surrounding buildings. Apparently it has wind turbines and all sorts. Also contains a great vegan cafe!"
