"You hear people complaining about their landlords all the time these days (rightly so a lot of the time). However, Phil and Lindsay are without a doubt the most warm and productive landlords I have met. Whenever I have needed anything, from help with an issue to something fixing, they are on it right away and 9/10 are round the next day fixing that thing I broke (thank god for tenants insurance)! As a woman living alone, it can feel scary at first, but I've honestly never felt unsafe here. The building is incredibly secure and even the staff they have come in to help look after the building are lovely, the cleaners are super friendly and will always stop and chat with you. It's such a convenient location so you get the best ubereats options too! (But, there is also an aldi just across the road)!"

"We've been living in 20:20 house for over 5 years and had a really great experience throughout that time. Any issues/ repairs were always addressed quickly ( even when our electricity went off at night!). Phil was very helpful and understanding when we had to change our notice twice due to delays with our new house. Can't recommend enough!"

"My partner and I have had a very pleasant experience from start to finish, be it paperwork at the beginning of the tenancy, changing our mind about a parking space or the final check of the property, we’ve always been treated patiently and with respect. We are only moving out because we’re moving to a different part of the country. We’ve taken care of the property and had no issues on our last day, nobody was looking for ‘anything to charge us for’ as some agencies often do. "Recently moved out of 2020 and thought I'd write a quick review of how I found living there. Loved my time there and found the development to be managed very well. Coming from a housing background myself I found the property manager, Phil, to be very quick and efficient at resolving any repairs or answering any queries I had. Nick, the development manager was also very helpful with providing meter readings and arranging any parking etc. It made living there stress free which is what everyone needs! Moving in and moving out couldn't have been more simpler and I found the whole process to be super easy! Thanks again"

"When I came back from living overseas last year, I rented a property from Phil at Habito and I was thoroughly impressed with the condition that I received the apartment in. The property was spotlessly clean and fully painted which is unlike a lot of other city centre agents hand over flats like. Throughout the tenancy there was no real issues with the property but Phil helped me with a few minor bits. At the end of the tenancy I got a pro clean undertaken at the property as I know that you need to hand the property back to the agent in the same condition that you received it in. Phil didnt charge me any deductions as I left the property in excellent condition. Overall I found Phil helpful, knowledgeable and was on hand if I needed anything and I would refer Habito to any of my friends if they were looking for an appointment in Leeds."
