Glamorous Hair

"Unfortunately I had an awful experience at this salon. I booked in for a wash cut and blow dry and the end result for the cut is appaling. The hairdresser didn't spend any time checking what I wanted or how much I wanted off, she didn't ask me how I wanted it styled and I also noticed she spent no time checking if she had cut it to equal lengths. When I got home I re-styled my hair to how I wanted it and noticed one side was longer than the other, there were gaps throughout my hair where she had cut it so unevenly and not checked. My layers had been cut way too short (she never checked with me where I wanted my layers to sit), they hadn't been blended in at all and again were uneven. My fringe had parts of it shorter at the back end than the front end. I spent a whole week with my hair tied up as it looked too bad to have it down. I've finally got it somewhat rectified at another salon, but the stylist there said the initial cut is so bad that I'm having to go much shorter than I wanted to and that there's nothing I can do about some of the errors apart from letting them grow out. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this salon."

"Had full head highlights, a straight trim at the back and a blow dry. The job was decent but have been overcharged. The price list says full head highlights are £77 but I was charged £136. The breakdown given to me was Highlights £77 Toner £20 Wash cut and blow dry £39 I feel terrible paying £39 for a trim only which did not include any sort of restyling. The wash is anyway part of the colouring so I'm disappointed to have been charged a significantly excess amount for a trim. And I think the price of the highlight should specify that it excludes the toner! Please triple check the charges before getting anything done here."
